  • EuroKARTA LOYALTY

    EuroKARTA LOYALTY is an IT system which allows to conduct advanced loyalty campaigns with the use of loyalty cards. EuroKARTA LOYALTY provides possibility to recognize regular customers, collect data about the customer and his purchasing activity , build awarding systems and develop relations between the store and the customer.

    System architecture

    • Separate (the whole system there is in one localisation). This solution is suitable for single stores or a chain of stores with a good communication infrastructure.
    •   Distributed (system is divided into elements which are in different localisations).

     

    System architecture isn't determined. Its components arrangement is suitedindividually to meet the needs of the customer. The final architecture is adjusted to :

    • guidelines of a loyalty program which is planned,
    • a chain of stores architecture (number of stores, number of tills,...),
    • stores IT infrastructure (communication connections, sales applications),
    • estimated load ( number of customers, transactions frequency,...).

    EuroKARTA LOYALTY is an IT system based on Microsoft technology - .NET environment. It works based on data base MS SQL Server 2000. any operating system for client installations are possible.

    Communication with a loyalty server is via TCP/IP protocol.

    System features

    Customer identification

    Customers are identified by the unique numbers stored on the magnetic ID cards. This provides possibility to recognize regular customers and select appropriate sale path.

    Collection of customer data

    The system makes it possible to collect a wide range of data describing the customer along with his/her preferences. The system meets the statutory requirements regarding personal data protection. The innovative design of the system enables to collect information which suit the needs of the store or the whole chain to safeguard optimum research sample necessary for further analyses.

    Collecting data on customer’s transactions

    In addition to the collection of data necessary for customer identification the system records all transaction carried out by the customer under the loyalty programme including the sale items listed in the receipt.

    The data collected in such a way allow us to define an optimized sale basket.

    Keeping customers’ accounts

    The customer has an account which holds information about the number of points owned. The points are accumulated at all outlets the customer does shopping at. It is possible to group the accounts e.g. into family account or business account categories.

    Segmentation of ID cards

    The system enables to perform loyalty programmes based on various card types such as Standard Card or Premium Card.

    The use of various card types makes it possible to differentiate transaction methods by automatic assignment of e.g. permanent promotion function to the specific card type.

    Card status identification

    Depending on the complexity of the loyalty programme being operated each of the cards may have specific validity time.

    This results in the possibility to implement scenarios of card cancellation, reporting card theft while improving system security and protection of customer’s personal data.

    Conversion of sale transactions into points

    Each transaction of a sale of specific product has a predefined equivalent point value. The system structure allows to create a vast range of conversion formulas which take into account a huge number of factors.

    Awarding the customer (point consumption)

    The system flexibility enables also to design various awarding mechanisms.

    Depending on the receiver’s requirements it is
    possible to:

    • redeem points for a prize in-kind,

    • redeem the points for coupons,

    • redeem the points for a payment for the transaction

    Granting discounts

    It is possible to run loyalty programmes where the customer is rewarded for his loyalty by being granted a discount. Such a form of rewarding is not related to redemption of points on the customer’s account. The system allows to define a vast range of principles which determine the value of the discount to be granted.

    Awarding points outside sale transaction

    The system allows to award points to a customer outside a sale transaction.This is particularly suitable when arranging various indoor events or promotions.Notifying the customer about the account balance.

    Account balance control

    The system offers the customer the possibility to check his account balance outside a sale transaction. Where the loyalty programme supports discounts related to the account, the customer will be also notified about his current Also, it is possible to inform customer about acount balance after every completed transaction, however this depends on the system architecture.
