CMS Guttenberg is a platform created for website content management. It enables effective creating, management and extension of big internet sites, providing Client with simple tools for website content edition. Extended administration functions of the system provide with controlled edition and publication of website content (enriched text and pictures), access rights control and site actions control. At every implementation of the system, Client is provided with customized web site, which can be single-handedly extended and modified using special templates, which make edition and filling separate parts of the site with content possible.

Content modification is held with usage of a special editor activated in Internet Explorer web browser window, which makes modifications of separate parts of the site easy and comfortable. User can choose template where the separate subpage will be displayed. Editor enables also placing unusual graphic elements in the content.

User can move big fragments of existing texts from office applications ( with formatting maintenance ) using clipboard, which allows to save time needed for filling up of your website with content. The editor has also many other helpful functions present in standard editors ( operations backing, printing etc.) . The system enables group work on the site. Depending on Client’s needs, new information is displayed directly after placing it in the system or after possible acceptance of editor having special authorization. New documents remain hidden and invisible for ordinary user of the website until they are published.

Website content is stored in central document repository and entirely separated from layout. It makes info search, global and rapid graphics modification of the whole service easy. CMS Guttenberg is based on open XML/XSL technologies which guarantees easy extension and automatic data exchange with other systems. Depending on Client preferences, CMS Guttenberg can be launched on his hardware or as a virtual server belonging to Internet Services.
