Central Filling Station Management is  a web/intranet database application which enables to manage a filling station. It supports integration of sales system, automatic devices (pumps, measuring probes) and the storage system to serve specific processes occurring at the filling stations.

The system comprises the execution of the following tasks:

•        Recording of fuel supplies

On the basis of various parameters depending on the capacities of measuring equipment and own customer’s requirements resulting from the necessity to document different parameters.

•        Monitoring and recording of fuel stock levels

Specification of sales by the sales system, dispenser meters, fuel level in tanks; automatic – according to schedule or manual – at operator’s request, provision of data for warehouse systems.

•        Monitoring of fuel stock and condition of tanks

Collection of data on a current basis from automatic devices: fuel levels, alerts.

•        Reporting of fuel turnover

Specification of fuel sales in value terms,

•        Reporting of competitors’ fuel prices

User’s interface is developed as a web application (HTML forms), with no need to install additional components on user’s side. The report can be generated in PDF or MS Office formats.

 CFSM is intended for operation with UPOS systems: EuroPOS and EuroPOS Serwer sale systems. It can also be integrated with other external systems. The system is of distributed architecture and composed of a central module and local modules:

•       HQ module serves the user’s interface and exchange of data with the warehouse system,

•       Client (local) module supports the acquisition of sales data from the sales system and the automatic devices (maintenance-free); it is installed at individual filling stations.

It has open interfaces to external sale systems and warehouse systems employing XML technology or ASCII text files (Webservices, FTP, files). System components can operate in corporate or public networks (internet) without limitations as regards the network access type.
