EuroGSL is open to other systems. It is possible for the application to communicate with Finanse-Accounting systems e.g. Impuls (BPSC), CDN Optima (Comarch).
Application Functionality
The scope of application functionality ensures the smooth operation of the store. Te application supports a centralized management scheme, in which planning and control are carried over from the store to the head office.
Main task of the application which supports sales in the store is local management of employees and cashiers, till system operation and support of basic and limited warehouse accounting.
Administration of application users and cashiers
The application allows simple users definition and assigning them proper system usage privilages. It is also possible to define cashiers and their privilages in the range od their till operations.
In order to ensure system safety and data security the user has to log in the system and all users passwords sare checked.
Tills management
Basic operations which enable store operation are the acitvities done during store opening and closing on a given day. Additionally, basic management of tills operation during store opening and store closing is possible (e.g. store opening - data synchronisation or day closing: sales synchronisation and sending information to the central system about sales closing), and also during some unexpexpected cases.
Items and prices management
In the local application only data view functions are available in the range of item card or promotion.
EGS Light shows usefull for the store information on items - chosen from all items that are registered.
Promotions definitions are also available. They allow to get familiar with data crucial for promotion, like time of promotion rules for price changes for promotions used automatically on tills.
Sale
As this application supports sales, it also offers a set of reports, e.g. cashiers reports, sales reports etc.

Application Euro Global Stock Light (EURO GSL) is a local system, which works with the central database, which is managed through a system EuroGlobal Stock.
The application works in the technology "client - server" - using an Internet connection, which provides simplicity and speed of installation, maintenance and service on multiple objects, as well as significant reduction in costs.
