    Central Survey Management – is a system for data collection at the retail chain head office originating from surveys carried out directly by cashiers within a retail network or fuels stations chain.

    The goal of this application is to enable and automate the central survey management process within a retail network. This makes it possible for a particular person to remotely create or modify questionnaires at the selected location, region or the entire network.

    Functions realized by system

      On the side of the sale aplication (EuroPOS SM) :

      • displaying a query when transaction is completed, ask and save the answer 

      Conditions of asking questions:

      • optional
      • every defined number of transactions
      • random
      • after set transaction values is exceeded

      Available answers are:

      • postcode
      • grade in 0-9 scale
      • answer T/F
      • any character string

       

      It is possible to write that the customer did not give the answer.

      System requirements

      On the side of a store:

      • UPOS front-office application (EuroPOS SM and EuroPOS Server)

      On the side of the application server:

      • MS Windows 2000 (SP3 recommended) or Windows 2003,
      • MS IIS 5.0 (free, the part of MS Windows 2000 or 6.0 for Windows 2003
      • MS SQL Server 2000 Standard Edition,
      • MS .NET Framework 1.1 (free).
