    Professionalism, the service availability, efficient management and logistics we offer are the key to our clients satisfaction.

    IT infrastructure used by our customers is more complex and more chalenging every day. We must be sure we are able to deal with all challenges and furthermore, that we do it professionally,  therefore continually invest in our support team and their knowledge.

     

    The outstanding level of our services we assure by:

    • providing our technicans with latest technologies and modern equipment.

    What is the most important for the business activity management is to keep all the processes going on. As we are focused to support our customers in this field we continually invest in our support services. We have built our own service structures consisting of Head office service point and several local service offices in Poland.

     Folowing map illustrates location of our service.

    In the central service office (Knurów) there are special teams of engineers employed like electronic engineers, IT technicians what results in a wide range of services we provide our customers with. Whole managment and service logistics are done in Knurów via Service Desk application. It means our customers may inform us about incident not only by fax or telephone but also via e-mail and internet. Via this application it is also possible to monitor particular incident, create proper reports, manage and settle every incident. 

    Additionally we offer our Clients Service Level Agreements which guarantee appropriate, required by Client  service availability, response and repair time.

     

    We provide service repairs of EPSON printing mechnisms:

    TM-U950, TM-300, TM-210A, TM-210B, TM-T260, TM-T285, TM-T88III, TM-T90.

    For mentioned devices and produced by UPOS  fiscal printers 80 % repair is done on site. To be able to offer such serviuce to our customers, every service engineer is equipped with the appropriate set of original spare parts.

    Apart from our fiscal pinters service, we are authorized to provide services for other fiscal devices, forexample: ELZAB, Novitus or Posnet.

    We also provide repairs of computer devices produced by: IBM, Siemens, Wincor Nixdorf, Toshiba TEC  and more over.

    Apart from providing service we have a wide experience in the range of hardware and software infrastructure installations for small and big retailers
