It happens more often that a decisive factor for choosing particular application are references and system modification ability. Need for system modification may come from law changes or individual approach to every customer as it is very ofetn in UPOS case.  

In order to provide customers with software modyfication with expected time frames, the following are extremely important: competency, knowlegde, experience, acquaintance with retail market (also fiscal law), possessing appropriate staff resources (programmers, IT engineers) and efficient management.
