
MVNO system enables sale of mobile reload vouchers, sale and activation of MVNO starters and promotion reload vouchers giving.
Mobile reloading is sold in a form of vouchers which replace paper coupons sold by operators. On a reload voucher the same information is printed as on paper coupons, including unique reload code. Such code makes it possible for a customer to increase mobile account balance at any time according to the procedure defined by a particular operator
CSDK system consists of the following elements:
– POSes; - wquipped with keyboard, screes or display and a printer,
– MVNO server - Windows server or Linux system daemon, giving relkoads to POSes,
– MVNO Server administration application,
– Host MVNO - optional system element, enables starters activation.
Every system element communicates with each other via LAN or WAN, based on TCP/IP. MVNO server and administration application server are developed in Java 5.0.
System provides the following functions:
– MVNO operators reload vouchers giving. It is possible te define any number of operators and any number of reload types.
– GSM operators reload vouchers giving. It is possible te define any number of operators and any number of reload types,
– Promotion reload vouchers giving. Such reloads are free of charge and are given to every e.g. to every transaction otr to transaction with a given value. It is possible to give different reload vouchers to transaction with different values,
– MVNO starters activation. Function is required if starters, available at POS stand, require activation before using,
– Import of reload sets of MVNO and GSM operators to the system. Sets can be imported manually – by the operator, via system administration application , or automatically – at defined time,
– Creation of sale reports of reload vouchers, starters and promotion reload granting. Sets can be imported manually – by the operator or automatically – at defined time. Automatic reports are created in the following modes: daily, weekly and monthly,
– Automatic export of transaction data.
– Automatic deleting of historical data out of system database.
MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) is a mobile operator without a license on its own frequency, however, offers mobile services under its own brand and using the network of another mobile operator.
MVNO business model has considerable potential in relation to comapnies with no telecom sector in particular for those two critical assets for the successful start up wirtual operator: a strong brand and a large base of customers.
